AIR — Inflatable
Architecture as Product
Developed in partnership with the CUHK School of Architecture through the Council of Co-Agency research programme, AIR is XOX's first fabrication product — a modular inflatable architecture system designed for rapid deployment, adaptability, and minimal material waste.
AIR explores how architecture can be manufactured as a precision product rather than constructed on site — reducing labour dependency, transportation cost, and carbon footprint while maintaining architectural quality.

Capricorn DT —
Full-Lifecycle Digital Twin
Developed in partnership with Capricorn Artificial Intelligence Ltd — a subsidiary of Penegril — Capricorn DT is a full-lifecycle digital twin platform purpose-built for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
From earliest concept through construction and into long-term facility operations, Capricorn DT creates a living digital model of every building — enabling real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and AI-driven facility management.
