AIR — Inflatable
Architecture as Product

Developed in partnership with the CUHK School of Architecture through the Council of Co-Agency research programme, AIR is XOX's first fabrication product — a modular inflatable architecture system designed for rapid deployment, adaptability, and minimal material waste.

AIR explores how architecture can be manufactured as a precision product rather than constructed on site — reducing labour dependency, transportation cost, and carbon footprint while maintaining architectural quality.

Capricorn Technology —
Agentic AI for the Built Environment

XOX partners with Capricorn Technology — the AI Brain & Ideation Engine of Giant Panda Group — to deliver integrated digital twin platforms and agentic AI systems across every phase of the built environment lifecycle.

Integrated Facility Management Platform

Capricorn's platform is a unified operating system combining Agentic AI, Digital Twins, IoT, BIM, and Blockchain — purpose-built for campuses, commercial buildings, and infrastructure plants.

From earliest concept through construction and into long-term facility operations, the platform creates a living digital model of every building — enabling real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and fully autonomous facility management.

Campus Management

Culture districts, hospitality campuses, live-event venues — crowd flow, energy, ESG.

Building Facility Management

Retail environments — autonomous energy, tenant coordination, predictive maintenance.

Infrastructure Plant Management

Power, water, utilities — natural-language prompt-driven, self-correcting, 24/7 AI.

Council of Co-Agency

XOX is a founding member of the Council of Co-Agency — a research initiative at CUHK School of Architecture exploring how AI agents, human expertise, and fabrication technology can co-evolve to reshape the profession.

Academic Research

Joint research into agentic AI in architectural practice — investigating how multi-agent systems change design authorship, responsibility, and innovation.

Product Development

Translating academic research directly into deployable products — beginning with AIR and expanding to a growing portfolio of architecture-as-product innovations.

Knowledge Exchange

XOX professionals engage as practitioners-in-residence at CUHK, bridging the gap between academic innovation and real-world professional practice.

Future Products

AIR is the first of a growing portfolio. XOX is actively developing further architecture-as-product concepts emerging from the Council of Co-Agency programme.

Research &
White Papers

XOX publishes research, case studies, and technical white papers on intelligence-first architecture, agentic AI, and digital twin technology.
