Our Story
Built on Decades of Expertise
Founded in 2025 through the merger and acquisition of several architecture consultancy firms each with over ten years of history, XOX combines medium-to-large-scale local firms with deep industry expertise into a powerful, unified ecosystem.
Our parent company, Penegril, and its subsidiary Capricorn Artificial Intelligence Ltd, provide the technology backbone that enables XOX to operate as an AI-native organisation — one of the first of its kind in the Greater Bay Area.
